Change management: Getting over the line
Can't attend in person? Book onto our livestream of this workshop here (you must be logged in to your membership account to view):
The speed at which technology has progressed has meant that businesses are often exposed to vast amounts of change in order to make sure that they keep up with competitors and not end up as the next Kodak and Blockbuster. However, change management is a tricky task that involves more than just IT systems and processes, it affects people who are often the barrier in making sure change is successfully implemented within an organisation.
This workshop will provide practical tools and advice around successfully driving change across the line.
In addition, through breakout sessions, you will learn and identify the best approach in order to minimize resistance, whilst maximising the business buy-in. Ultimately, by the end of the workshop, you will feel confident enough to implement and manage changes within your own organisation.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to successfully drive business change across the line
- Understand the success factors of organisational change and how to underpin them
- Gain an overview of the different approaches to managing change
- How to bring people on board within your organisation in order to make change a success
