Guest Speaker Topic: The pandemic has shown businesses that wellbeing and all its aspects need to be treated as a strategic priority moving forward. This helps to create an inclusive and psychotically safe environment where employees are satisfied and productive, avoiding presenteeism, burnout and staff turnover.

Our guest speaker Tessa Kaday Head of Product, Content Platform at News UK will be sharing her personal experience with mental health.

Over the years Tessa has gone through cycles of crippling anxiety and depression and has tried everything from therapy, mindfulness and medication to yoga and special diets to try and manage it. It was only recently, at the age of 41 that she realised the underlying cause was actually undiagnosed ADHD.   She is fascinated by understanding how neurodiverse brains can thrive in a neurotypical world.

Tessa is very passionate about educating people on the topic of neurodiversity and mental wellbeing.
