Module 6

The transition toward closure of a mentoring relationship can be difficult for both mentor and mentee. There might be strong feelings about the match ending and it is important to run the process of ending in the constructive way, leaving both parties feeling positive and fulfilled about the experience.

In this last session of the programme we will also design plans for the future- how to install mentoring mindset in your organization and how to embrace it as a way of life.

By the end of this session, you will learn:

  • How to formally recognise and acknowledge the end of the relationship

  • How to reflect on lessons learnt during the mentoring relationship

  • How to move forward with new endeavors and different mentorships
