Our guest speaker Joe Bullock will discuss the experiences in the Data Technology Team at News UK of building a collaborative culture with our stakeholders in the wider organisation. We have applied this successfully across a number of projects large and small, and whilst each project is different, we have found that adopting some common principles brings considerable benefits to our work and working relationships.

During this session, you will learn how we can:

• Build a collaborative ethos among our stakeholders, helping us to instill shared direction, ownership and trust
• Use collaborative tools, helping us to avoid superfluous, inconsistent documentation and communication
• Adopt principles from other areas, helping us to improve our tools and ways of working
• Apply collaborative principles more generally across projects
