As Head of Operations at HarperCollins Publishers, I oversee service delivery and enjoy the daily work of change, incident and problem management. My primary responsibility is the operational delivery of all business line applications and platforms, including all elements of infrastructure support. I am an experienced Senior Technology Manager with demonstrated skills in Incident Management, ITIL, Citrix, Agile Project Management, and PRINCE2. I started my career in Publishing and have had various roles in driving a customer focused approach to technology provision in both the private and public sector.
