How does programme management differ from project management and what lessons can be learn from managing complex programmes?

We are excited to hear from Hulya Humphreys, IT Portfolio Director at Royal Mail, who started her IT journey by achieving her BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering in Turkey (METU) and was privileged to take part in the biggest programme of her career straight away; Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for Central Bank of Turkey, which changed the flow of her professional and personal life.

Hulya has delivered major programmes for UK blue chip companies including British Airways, TfL, IAG, Waitrose and Royal Mail and during this session will share her experiences, learnings and pitfalls of managing major complex programmes.
