Summary

Trevor Hall works for the Financial Conduct Authority managing the Architecture and Operations Community of Practice. As one of three community leads within a large and diverse IT and Change division he works across teams and departments to create an environment for collaboration, knowledge sharing, professional development, establishing best practice and holistic resourcing. Trevor has over 20 years ICT experience across a diverse range of disciplines, with 8 years’ experience leading technology strategy and enterprise architecture for significantly important organisations in the UK. He leads within the FCA for the implementation and embedding of the SFIAplus skills framework to support the increasing professionalisation of the IT function and building capabilities for digital transformation.
