Unlike mentoring, coaching is a system of support that is delivered in a non-directive manner, to encourage leaders to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice, or making suggestions. This facilitative approach to unlocking and calibrating challenges is delivered through techniques designed to provide emotional support.
Executive Coaches are qualified professionals that work with individuals (usually executives, but often high potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board. They also tend to work with a wide range of leaders with the aim to empower and enhance their professional performance.
We have designed ‘Speed Executive Coaching’ session to provide members with an introduction session into how an executive coaching relationship for career and personal development works.
