The world is changing fast, and your business needs to keep pace. You need a new approach to navigate change – to both realign to shifting priorities and adapt to new ways of working. On one hand, you’ve got the rise of agile teams; on the other, executives want a single view across the entire organisation. You need to quickly adjust funding and capacity plans to address strategic pivots in response to disruption, transformation, and new opportunities.

It’s time to make the move to a modern approach to portfolio planning. Are you ready to set a course for agility?

In this session you'll learn how to navigate through today's hybrid reality by adapting team delivery, portfolio planning, capacity planning, and visibility and governance. The speakers will share steps to create a roadmap to accelerate agility in planning and delivery in your organisation's strategy-to-delivery transformation journey.
