Event Synopsis

Dealing with a variety of stakeholders with different and competing interests can be challenging in any given environment, whether physical or virtual. However, with the likelihood of workforces primarily operating remotely in the foreseeable future, businesses are recognising that the virtual working space is even more reliant on the effective management of stakeholders.

This case study and interview session will be focus on proven ways for technology professionals to perfect stakeholder management skills. Without the support and buy-in from key contributors, projects face the risk of failure so businesses are looking for innovative ways to overcome any challenges with stakeholders that might delay the delivery process.

This session aims for you to:

  • Establish ways to identify and categorise stakeholders to address their views and expectations

  • Take away tools to achieve stakeholder buy-in to support your organisations objectives

  • Learn how to overcome conflict with stakeholders and build strong relationships to increase the speed of problem-solving and decision-making.
