Recognising the extent to which we are resilient is extremely helpful in moving ourselves forward and developing ourselves further. Resilience is a set of skills, not a personal characteristic and this webinar will inspire you to develop them further.

This webinar will explore elements that make people resilient  and ways to respond to adversity. You will also leave with a toolbox of tips for building resilience.

To illustrated how resilience can enable you to better cope with challenges and overcome obstacles, Joanna will share her experiences having lived in a communist country through to becoming a successful business leader and a parent.

At the end of the session you will be able to:

  • Understand your own resilience levels
  • Identify key resilient characteristics
  • Learn how to better cope with adversity
  • Learn how to develop a growth mindset

Joanna Poplawska

Growing up in communist Poland, Joanna developed a great deal of resilience from a young age. In recent years, as the CEO of CITF since 2013 this skill has shown its significant value and is a core part of the way Joanna works. Joanna lives in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside with her husband Roman and two pet cats (both of which might appear during the Webinar!)
