Every fortnight, we host an informal virtual get together for CITF members in senior supplier management roles.

This is your chance to get some breathing room amongst all the current business strain to find solutions to your current challenges and discuss strategies.

For this week's session, you'll also hear a presentation from Stuart Sargeant, Principal Vendor Manager at Tata Steel Europe.

He will share his experience of a recent successful negotiation of a major contract. The key difference this time, however, is that the whole process was entirely virtual. Find out what the key differences and challenges were to a normal contract renewal, and how he and the team overcame these.
