How to: Challenge others effectively

Within organisations, it is often rare, if not impossible to be working alone without any other colleagues. Despite technology allowing for remote working, people are still required to work within a team.

At times people may face difficult situations and disagreements may arise on a project where ideas clash and the issue of how to challenge these views successfully occur. However, challenges and different ideas being generated by team members are immensely useful. They allow for solutions to be resolved using an out of the box approach, however, it is important to challenge opposing views in a sensitive and clear way.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • The best ways to challenge opposing views and allow for your ideas & influence to come across
  • How to handle challenges when your team is spread out geographically
