A Business Analyst is a vital link between a company’s business objectives and IT. They help facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams and developers to execute projects, cut costs and improve quality. A career as a Business Analyst is a rewarding career path with plenty of opportunities to grow.

This webinar will particularly focus on negotiating successfully with stakeholders

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Key negotiating skills in order to manage stakeholder expectations.
