Programme Overview
Technology resourcing remains challenging with more vacancies than candidates and some roles being particularly difficult to fill. Outsourcing has been one solution used by companies for many years – with varying success.
Join this PDP to hear from industry professionals on how they are dealing with the talent shortage as well as best practice for outsourcing. This is an also an opportunity to discuss these very relevant topics with colleagues from other CITF member organisations.
